U.S Domestic Online Orders: Online orders are processed via our secure, encrypted, fast and free PayPal shopping cart. Once your orders are processed, you'll receive an e-mail notification and invoice.
International Orders:
No International Orders, except Canada, are available right now.
*Orders to Canada are shipped via UPS or Global Express Mail. UPS sometimes adds additional brokerage fees to Canadian orders. To avoid these fees, choose Global Express Shipping. Orders to all other countries are shipped via DHL or US Postal Service.

Shipping & Returns:
Shipping:We ship 90% of our domestic orders via UPS. All orders are insured. Orders going to a P.O. Box must ship USPS, and special orders over a certain weight ship via alternative methods. Returns: We will gladly accept returns due to our error. Notify us within ten days of receipt of goods. No returns are accepted without prior authorization or after 30 days.

The RMA number must be written on the outside of the package being returned, and the package must be received in our office within 30 days of our shipping date. All items are guaranteed against manufacturers defects. Unwanted items must be returned unopened and in resalable condition within the 30 day time period and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

The credit card CVV2 number requested in the check-out process is offered for your protection. This means you must have the credit card in your
possession to make a purchase. This number is not stored.
The CVV2 is: the 3 digit number on the right side of the back of your credit card.
